Dear leaders and community members of 3 Nations:
It is with great pleasure and anticipation that we inform you 3N Society has been awarded funding from FNHA to embark on the development of a 5 -10 year Regional Health plan that will encompass all of the 3 Nations’ seven communities.
This is going to be a Regional plan that will incorporate community-based health plans while enhancing regional services.
Our communities and Nations are severely underserved, and our collective goal is to change that by utilizing partnerships, cultural practices, innovation, motivation, and creativity.
The 3 Nations’ technical team is in the process of developing a draft workplan, community engagement strategy and environmental scan to guide the planning work.
We will be reaching out to leadership and administration to identify a person to represent each community for a 3N Wholistic Health Working Group. This group will be the steering committee for the Health Plan development and implementation.
We have also issued an RFP to engage a firm to assist with the development of the Health Plan. The successful proponent is Sahala (formerly Adderhill Consulting).
