”3Nations seeks to ensure that there is a sufficient stock of housing in each community so that young couples can have a home of their own in which to raise a family rather than moving away moving away to seek one, to ensure that members who have lived away can return home, and to allow employers to offer potential new staff a place to live.

PRIORITIES FOR 2021 – 2024

  • Through partnerships, take the steps outlined in 3Nations housing strategy to ensure that an adequate supply of housing is available in all seven 3Nations communities
  • Support efforts by the seven 3Nations communities to obtain the infrastructure they need to operate, flourish and grow, especially fibre optic internet

KEY INITIATIVES FOR 2021 – 2022

  • Develop a 3Nations housing strategy
  • Conduct a needs assessment with respect to fibre optic connectivity in all seven 3Nations communities
