Improve access to employment and training opportunities, to increase the skill base, and improve the economic opportunities for the eight communities.

Explore the ASETS and AHRDS programs

Offer accessible trades programs

Ensure linkages between employment, training, and education initiatives

Create partnerships with colleges, post-secondary and trade schools

Offer increased continuing education programs

Develop connectivity to enhance access to virtual classrooms
