OUR GOAL

Enhance access to career and training opportunities, to increase the skill base, and improve the economic opportunities for our members.

KEY OBJECTIVES

  • Create partnerships with educational institutions and service providers.
  • Support and increase access to continuing educational programs.
  • Ensure linkages between employment, training, and education initiatives.
  • Develop a Training Plan to enhance skills and employment opportunities.

KEY INITIATIVES

  • Support increased opportunities for post-secondary training for 3Nations members.
  • Create a training plan to offer to all 3Nation community members.
  • Complete skills inventory for all 7 3Nation communities.
